confidence. Similarly, nothing in our
correspondence or conversations may be read or relied upon by other than the
intended recipient and our permission must be sought in writing if all or any
part of any correspondence or information is to be relayed to a third party
other than immediate family (personal enquiry), involved business colleagues
(commercial enquiry) or the relevant client (enquiry from professional
adviser).
Our computers are checked for virus with up to date software but we
cannot guarantee virus-free transmission and it is the recipient's
responsibility to apply relevant checks.
Our company policy is to discuss each case individually with the client
if the client wishes or the complexity of the enquiry requires it. Under normal circumstances we expect to:

the necessary paperwork for the client

send out the policy document when issued
NB: We cannot guarantee its accuracy or take over the client’s responsibility to check it is correct and gives the cover expected, but we do what we humanly and reasonably can to ensure it is correct.

to discuss and implement mid-term alterations

Answer
relevant queries about the policy or its cover at any time
· Become involved in claims if there is no insurers’ claims line or it fails the client in any way.
· Handle renewal at the appropriate time, although it is ultimately the client’s, not our, responsibility to check that renewal is invited and cover maintained.
