Property Purchase Indemnities

1. Maisonette indemnity

	To pay reduction in market value of flat/maisonette if leaseholder unable to enforce repairing clause on neighbouring flat/maisonette
	Cover available to individual purchaser or to mortgage lender

2. Deed of Gift Indemnity

Liability under Insolvency Act 1986

Protects creditors for undervaluing of property transaction between relations

3. Defective or missing title

Pays losses arising from not being able to prove correct title

4. Restrictive covenant and planning indemnity

Pays losses arising from breach of covenant or planning regulation
