	Sum insured £5,000 - annual premium £225
	Sum insured £7,500 - annual premium £255
	Available to tenants of serviced office accommodation
	All risks cover on computer equipment and other contents within the office
	All risks cover for portable equipment (including laptop) away from office, limit £2,000
	Employers and public liability
	Cost of alternative accommodation following fire etc.
	Optional extensions available for:- Professional indemnity Personal accident/illness Loss of driving licence/use of car
	Also available to providers of serviced office accommodation to offer to tenants
