 QUALIFYING CONDITIONS FOR ANY DRIVER:

1. Policy holder to be aged between 25 and 69
2. Any other driver to be aged between 23 and 75
3. Hold a current, full and valid driving licence and  have done so for at least 12 months, which was not issued in the USA, Canada or Australia
4. Have no more than 6 penalty points in the last 3 years and have no prosecution or police enquiry pending
5. Not have more than 1 fault claim within the last 3 years
6. Not have been disqualified from driving in the past 5 years

 QUALIFYING CONDITIONS FOR THE VEHICLE:

1. Only to be used for social, domestic and pleasure purposes and not to for the carriage of goods or passengers for hire or reward
2. Has not been modified
3. Has no more than 8 seats in total
4. Is registered in Great Britain, Northern Ireland or The Isle of Man
5. If a van, has a Gross Vehicle Weight of no more than 3.5 tonnes
6. The person arranging the insurance and all other people connected with it will have to declare that the certificate or other documents issued will not be used as evidence of insurance for taxation purposes or for the recovery of impounded vehicles
