SISA is a directory service. It is therefore not subject to the requirements of insurance regulatory bodies. However SISA recognises the integrity of the insurance industry and will operate so as to support and if possible enhance its reputation.

Subject to the Data Protection Act, 1984, information will be held on computer, but only to handle each enquiry. Afterwards the details can be deleted upon request.
SISA retains copyright of all information appearing in the program unless prior copyright rests with the scheme provider which is hereby generally acknowledged. No information may be copied or otherwise reproduced except to arrange an insurance contract, or with our prior consent.
Your suggestions for improvement and development of SISA's product will be welcomed. Continual development of the product means that updates will contain unannounced changes subject to consultation with relevant scheme providers.

Special Insurance Schemes Agency Ltd’s entire liability and exclusive remedy is replacement of CDs or disks, obtainable by returning CDs or disks within 90 days of purchase with copy of receipt to place where obtained, to advise you how to achieve substantially the same functionality with the enclosed or, if the above remedy is impracticable to refund the license fee paid by you for the software. All other warranties expressed or implied, are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this software.
